  • Given the unique nature of our product, no two items are exactly the same. However, we do our best to be consistent with our product photos and descriptions.

  • We are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on our product, ensuring our customers' peace of mind and confidence in their purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship for the duration of the product's life. However, it's important to note that damages caused by accidents or mishandling are not included in this warranty. This warranty does not include any box breaking from throwing the lid back or from dropping it. We encourage our customers to handle our product with care to maximize its longevity and enjoyment.

  • All non-custom orders are packaged and shipped from our Waco,Texas shop within 3 business days

  • TopNotchBoxes uses UPS, USPS and FedEx as our shipping carriers. Flat shipping rates are available on all orders placed online and shipping within the United States. We work hard to prepare orders within our stated processing window. However, our shipping partners USPS, UPS and FedEx may experience shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If for some reason you are unhappy with our product, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. The product must be in it’s original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued on the card used to purchase once we receive your returned merchandise at our shop. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
